Like any relationship we expect that you get to know a little about us in the same way that we hope to know a little more about you. A few things about us we’d like to share:
- We’ve been operating since 1974 when we opened our first Centre in Maitland, NSW Australia.
- Co-founder Kip McGrath is a former school principal.
- All Kip McGrath Education Centres are owned by franchisees.
- There are now over 680 Kip McGrath Education Centres in 20 countries around the world.
- In August 2003 the company was taken public and listed on the Australian stock exchange.
- Last year Kip McGrath Education Centres earned approximately $80 million in tutoring fees.
- Our founders Kip and Dugnija McGrath are still on our Board along with their son Storm.
- We remain very committed to our franchisees and have plans to further generate income by introducing online courses that will channel new students into Centres.
- The company is based in Newcastle, NSW Australia where it was born.
